Worked for the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services for thirty years. Born in 1952; graduated from NHS (1970); BA degree from Wright State U. (1974); MS and PhD in business administration from Kennedy-Western U. (2004); began working as a caseworker for the MCDJFS in 1975, was promoted to supervisor (1988), to Deputy Director (1999), and Assistant Director (2003), recipient of Director’s Award of Excellence (2004) and retiring in 2006; recipient of Appalachian Unsung Hero Award by Sinclair Community College (2005).
