Roger L. Sayre - 2001

Embedded Image for: (2013123083929811_image.jpg) NHS Class of 1961. Bachelor of Fine Arts, Dayton Art Institute, 1973; MFA and MA from University of Cincinnati, 1976 and 1977. Has taught at UD, WSU, and UC, and was head of the sculptor program at Indiana University East. Has had exhibitions of art/sculpture at several universities and museums in the U.S. and abroad. Roger’s works have been collected by numerous individuals and corporations. Three of his works are now on permanent display at the Dayton Art Institute. Roger is considered one of the country’s leading contemporary artists.
