Born in 1933, raised on Staten Island, NY; joined the Air Force at 18 during the Korean War. Attended U.D. 3 years; received a degree from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Founder and owner of George C. Martin Funeral Home (“Northridge Chapel”). Active in committees at Queen of Martyrs Church and in the Northridge Post of the American Legion, AMVETS, and VFW. Grand Marshall of Northridge Community Parade. Married to Clista; son Tom, NHS Class of ’86.
