Outstanding Family Physician Award from Ohio U. in 2001; President’s Award of Excellence from Miami Valley Academy of Family Physicians in 2004; Northridge Schools and Team Physician since 1996; currently practicing family & sports medicine with Shiloh Family Medicine.
