Musician
“Follow your dreams. It doesn’t matter how small your town or school is. Pursue your dream relentlessly & keep the Lord first in your life.” Frank Myers graduated from NHS in 1975. By then he was an accomplished guitarist, having appeared with George Jones and Porter Wagoner. In 1981 he moved to Nashville & was lead guitar for Eddy Raven for nine years. With Eddy Raven they had ten Top 10 songs, including two number ones. “You and I” in 1982 led to a Grammy nomination for Eddie Rabbit & Crystal Gayle. In 1994 he won a Grammy for “I Swear” (recorded by Michael Montgomery & later by All 4 One).
