David graduated from Northridge in ‘54, after joining the Navy in 1951. He completed an AA from the Univ. of Maryland ‘62, BA from Bowling Green ‘75, and Juris Doctor at Univ. of Toledo ‘78. His Navy career spans from ‘51-’73, earning 37 decorations during military service. Since ‘79 David serves as an attorney, pro tem judge, and teacher. He is also active in the Civil Air Patrol. David has eleven children, including six adopted from the Philippines
