Northridge Local School District joins districts across Ohio in ongoing efforts to identify, locate and evaluate children from birth to 21 years of age who may have disabilities. Public school districts are responsible for providing a “free and appropriate” public education to any child living in the district – including children with disabilities, regardless of the nature or extent of the disability. If you have a child, or are aware of a child, who may have a disability, you are encouraged to contact the district’s Special Education Department. All calls and information provided to the district are kept in the strictest confidence. To contact the department for more information or to assist the district in identifying children with special needs, please call (937) 275-7469.
